/settings/:kind/:itemID/usages

Lists what still references a setting: the apps, projects and settings that use it. Deleting a setting they use fails with ERR_SETTING_IN_USE. kind is the settings group, as in its other routes: access-tokens, acme-dns-providers, backup-repos, basic-auth, cloud-storages, emails, github-apps, im-services, key-auth, notifications, oauth, registry-auth, repo-webhooks, sched-jobs, ssh-keys, ssl-certs or ssl-providers.
