Lists the templates a project can create apps from, a page at a time, ordered by name.

The source, its revision, and the categories and tags the template list can be filtered by.

Public: an `<img>` cannot send the Authorization header. Only icons the current index lists are served.

Gets one app template: its description, versions, variants and parameters.

Reads the registry on demand. The repository comes from the template, never from the request.

Provisions the app with the template's configuration and queues its first deployment.

Renders the request and reports which of its apps would be given a directory that already holds data.

404 for an app that was not created from a template.
